This page explains how to request deletion of the data AuraCRM, operated by יפרח שי - העצמה הגשמה תוצאות בע״מ, holds about you — including data received from Meta through WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram.

What Meta data we store

• The WhatsApp Business account IDs, phone numbers, Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts you connect.
• Access tokens issued by Meta, encrypted at rest.
• Messages sent and received through connected channels, and the public profile details (name, phone number or username) of the people you message with.

How to request deletion

1. Stop access: in Settings > Integrations, disconnect the WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram channel. You can also remove AuraCRM on Facebook under Settings > Business Integrations. From then on we receive no new data from that channel.
2. Delete stored data: email support@aura-crm.net with the subject "Delete my data", from your account's email address or naming the phone number, Page or account you connected. We delete the data and confirm by email within 30 days.
3. Delete the whole organization: the organization owner can delete the organization from its settings. This deletes all of its leads, messages and channel connections.

If you messaged a business that uses AuraCRM

That business controls your data. Contact it directly, or write to support@aura-crm.net and we will pass the request to the business and help carry it out.

Records we are required by law to keep (for example billing records) may be retained after deletion, as described in our Privacy Policy.
